CHARACTERISTICS

The "TRS" COOLING TOWERS are designed to cover a wide range of uses in both air-conditioning systems and industrial applications.

Available also in the version with Bioxigen system.

These units feature sturdy construction, made from hot-galvanised steel plate with a minimum thickness of 20/10. To further increase resistance to corrosion, the outside surface of the tower is coated with special paints, while the inside surface is treated using special coating for exteriors. On the inside, all the surfaces are lined with bitumen.

The panels are sealed together by a silicon adhesive, which aintains its elasticity over time. The motor that drives the fans is fitted inside the ventilating section, and is thus protected against the weather.
The use of centrifugal fans ensures two important advantages over solutions with axial-flow fans:
a) lower noise levels and consequently easier compliance with the legislation in force on noise emissions;
b) sufficient static pressure available to allow the ducting of the intake and discharge air, and allow the installation of the cooling tower inside.
