features
STRUCTURE. The structure consists of the following
parts:Frame made from extruded aluminium alloy
profiles, “Anticorodal 63” type 6060 T5 to UNI
3569,
with double flange and ledge for the gasket,
Perimeter base made up of press-bent passivated
galvanised plate, Sendzimir Z200 type to UNI5753-84,
very thick, minimum 20/10, able to guarantee minimum
deflection. The perimeter ring is connected by
crossbeams so as to uniformly distribute the loads. The
section bars are joined using bolts and nuts.
Double skin panels rigidly fastened to the frame with
special age-resistant resin gasket to ensure perfect air
tightness over time. The panels are internally insulated
with polyurethane or mineral wool with density > 40
kg/m³. The thickness of the panels is 25/50 mm.
COMPRESSORS.
The units are provided with SCROLL compressors,
R407C refrigerant gas. The refrigerant circuit includes
shut-off valve on discharge as well as on liquid line,
integral thermal protection, electrical heater for the
polyester oil.
CONDENSER / EVAPORATORS AMBIENT AIR SIDE.
Coil with cupper tubes, internally ruled, and highperformance
aluminium fins. Aluminium support frame.
Axial fans directly coupled to IP54, 6 poles motor.
Aerofoil low noise coated aluminium blades complete of
safety guards in painted galvanized steel. Motors
including thermal protection. Axial fans speed regulation
according to ambient temperature.
REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT.
The refrigerant circuit, made in cupper tubes, includes:
thermostatic expansion expansion valve, liquid receiver,
regenerating dehydrating filter, liquid and humidity
presence indicator, high and low pressure safety
switches, high and low pressure gauges, refrigerant gas
filling tap, thermal insulation of low pressure lines.
CONDENSERS/EVAPORATOR ROOM AIR SIDE.
Coil with cupper tubes, internally ruled, and highperformance
aluminium fins. Aluminium support frame
and stainless steel insulated drain pan. DIDW
centrifugal fan with forward blades connected to a 3-
phase motor, including thermal protection, belt drive
with adjustable pulleys.
ECONOMIZER.
It is a mixing box with 2 dampers, consisting of aerofoil
aluminium blades complete of gaskets and modulating
attuators 24 V a.c. . Tanks to a fresh air probe, it is
possible to operate in free-cooling mode (summer and
winter), setting the proper temperature. The fresh air
damper can be set to grant a minimum renewal of the
air. Weatherproof casing provided on fresh air intake.
ECONOMIZER AND PLATE HEAT RECOVERY
SECTION.
It is an optional section consisting of a 3 dampers
mixing box, cross-flow plate heat exchanger and return
fan.
The 3-ways mixing box (recirculating, exhaust and
fresh-air) include motorized aluminium aerofoil blade
dampers, complete of gaskets and modulating attuators
24 V a.c. (0-10V dc). Tanks to a fresh air probe, it is
possible to operate in free-cooling mode (summer and
winter), setting the proper temperature.
The cross flow heat exchanger is sized according to the
required minimum fresh air, independently from the
free-cooling section, granting energy saving.
The opening of the fresh and exhaust air dampers,
corresponding to the air flow through the plate
exchanger, is regulated by the controller (software).
FILTER SECTION.
The unit includes a standard G4 pleated filter. On
demand, they are available additional rigid bag filters
(F6, F7 or F9) with low pressure drop.
INDIRECT GAS FIRED HEATING SECTION.
It is an optional section including heat exchanger and
gas burner. The combustion chamber is made from
AISI 430 and heat exchanger with high quality steel
tubes (AISI 304 on demand). The burners can be,
according to the capacity and/or demand, of the
following types: one stage, two stages as well as
modulating. The unit is suitable fo connection to an
external chimney for flue gas (not supplied, c/o
contractor).
ELECTRICAL BOARD.
The Electrical board, designed according to european
norms IEC 204-I/EN 60204-I, includes main switch with
looking door device. All cables are properly marked.
CONTROL SYSTEM.
The system is controlled by means of microprocessor
with alphanumeric display. It is possible to visualize the
control parameters of the unit, reading alarms and
possibilty to print them (printer not included). The air
temperature is controlled on the return but monitoring
the supply limit values. The microprocessor can be
interfaced to a remote PC by means of a supervision
program and communication protocol MODBUS (not
included in the offer). The units can be also supplied
with a remote keyboard (200 m maximum) to control
temperatures, set-point, normal operation and alarms.
